ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed by phone can be shipped the same day if placed before 2:00 PM. Otherwise, they will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed through our website will be processed within 1-3 business days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If a longer delay is expected, we will notify you by phone or email.
Orders sent by email should be sent to *podologiccanada@gmail.com*, with the subject line "ORDER: (Your Full Name)", for example, "ORDER: Victoria Dewerre".
If you are a Podo-Logic distributor, please include your company name. The 2024 order form is now available. We invite you to contact us by phone or email to obtain a copy.
Subject to the accuracy of the information provided, an order confirmation will be sent to you within 1-3 business days. After confirmation, order processing may require an additional 1-2 business days. Orders that do not meet these conditions may not be processed.
We strongly recommend that our customers use our website to place their orders. Due to potentially high call volumes, our phone lines may be busy, which could cause delays in order processing. By placing an order online, you can complete and modify your order at your convenience before final validation. It is also possible to keep your cart active and finalize the order at a later time.
Please note that your account must be approved before you can place an order. Account approval generally takes 1-3 business days. If you have not received approval within this time frame, please check your emails as professional verification may be required. Our site is reserved exclusively for professionals in order to guarantee the security of professional rates.
SHIPPING
All standard orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs for these orders start at $18.50.
If you prefer to use another carrier, please let us know. Additional fees may apply depending on the carrier selected.
Exceptional shipping fees may apply for non-standard orders (example: ICANCLAVE, treatment chair).
A fee of $0.70 per kilometer traveled will be applied between our warehouse and the delivery address.
Please allow 3 to 9 business days for your order to be received. This time is indicative and may vary depending on specific circumstances.
IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store pickup is offered free of charge to all our customers.
Order processing begins after verification and authorization of the credit card used for payment.
Procedures to follow:
- Select the "In-store pickup" shipping method during the payment process.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup during store hours.
- If you would like someone to pick up your order on your behalf, you must provide their full name in the comments section during online checkout. They will need to bring the order number, the “Order in store, ready for pickup” notification email, and a photo ID.
- A signature will be required on the packing slip upon pickup to verify that the order has been picked up. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.
Pickup Time:
Orders must be picked up within 10 business days of receiving the order ready for pickup email. If the order is not claimed within this time frame, it will be shipped to the billing address provided at the time of purchase, at your expense.
