RETURN POLICY

For any return of merchandise, you must obtain a return authorization number. You can get it by calling 1 (866) 740-1299.
The return number must be clearly affixed to the returned package. Also keep this number for any questions about your equipment.

 

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping costs start at $18.50.
If you want delivery by another carrier, please contact us. Additional fees may be charged to you.

Please allow approximately 3-9 business days for receipt of your order. This period may vary depending on the case.

 

TRANSPORT COSTS FOR THE RETURN OF GOODS

In the event of a defective, nonconforming or damaged product, Podo-Logic will cover the cost of transportation from your home to the warehouse. In any other case, the customer will have to assume the transport costs.

 

WARRANTY FOR EQUIPMENT PURCHASED ON THE INTERNET

Podo-Logic honors the manufacturers' warranties of products sold over the Internet.

 

NON EXCHANGEABLE, NON REFUNDABLE

Non-exchangeable, non-refundable
Used (even sterilized) or opened products.

No refunds, exchanges allowed.
